• Unit is equipped with an off/on switch, which allows
user to select a desired amount of air delivery.
• Fan can be used alone or in conjunction with an air
conditioner to circulate and force cooled air into
other areas.
• During normal operation, it is not uncommon for
the motor to be warm to the touch. The motor
is equipped with a thermo-protector that will
automatically shut off the fan if it overheats for any
reason. If this happens, immediately disconnect unit
from the power outlet.
Qualified electrician should complete all maintenance.
The motor bearings are lubricated at the factory and
should not require any additional lubrication. If bearing
lubrication is required, apply a small amount of a high
temperature bearing grease.
1.
Loosen screws using 5/16" nut driver to remove front
and rear fan guards.
2. Airborne contaminates may settle on motor or
bearings. Use air hose or vacuum to remove. Clean
blade and guards with mild detergent. Do not allow
cleanser to come in contact with the motor bearings
or windings.
3. Using a 5/16" nut driver, replace guards and allow
fan to fully dry before next use.
