Pull up the mixer shaft with one hand while holding it by the
turning pin.
Step 8.
Place the bowl on a flat surface and use both hands to remove
the gasket by sliding it up in the direction indicated by the
arrow.
6. Maintenance and care
• Before proceeding with any maintenance work, it is necessary to cut off the power supply,
drain water from the bowl and let the equipment cool down to room temperature. Do not
remove the tap while there is a drink in the bowl.
• Clean the machine after each use.
• To disassemble the tap, turn the top of the tap counterclockwise along the thread, then
remove the tap spring and seal. Assemble the tap in the reverse order.
• Use a dry, soft sponge or a cloth to clean the body.
• Wash the bowl, bowl seal, bowl lid, and tap components (except for the tap spring) in water
using non-aggressive detergents.
• Regularly lubricate the bowl seal and tap seal using a food-grade lubricant or Vaseline.
• Do not clean the machine using any abrasive materials, metallic sponges and brushes,
piercing and cutting items, aggressive and chlorine-containing cleaning agents, gasoline, acids,
alkalies, and solvents.
• If the machine is not be used for an extended time (weekends, holidays, etc.), disconnect
the power supply and clean it thoroughly.
7. Maintenance and repair
Attention! Maintenance and repair work must be carried out with the power supply
completely disconnected by unplugging it from the socket, by the qualified technical
personnel.
Maintenance of the machine should be carried out in accordance with the regulations of the
country where the machine is used. The work items listed in this manual are for reference
