Mayonnaise
Preparation: approx. 15 min.

Fresh egg yolk
1 Tsp
Mustard
1 Tsp
Lemon juice
¼ Tsp
Salt
3 oz
Sunflower oil
Pepper, to taste
1. Add egg yolk, mustard, lemon juice and
salt into the mixing container, and close
with mixer top.
2. Set oil container to „oil", and pour the oil
into the container. Prepare mayonnaise,
and season. Cover with lid and refrigerate
until ready to serve.
Notes:
• All ingredients must be at room temperature
or the mayonnaise can split.
• Do not use extra virgin olive oil, otherwise
the mayonnaise will taste bitter.

Garlic curry
mayonnaise
Preparation: approx. 15 min.

Fresh egg yolk
1 Tsp
Mustard
1 Tsp
Lemon juice
¼ Tsp
Salt

Garlic clove, crushed
1 Tsp
Curry powder
3 oz
Sunflower oil
1. Add egg yolk and all ingredients, up to the
curry into the mixing container, and close
with mixer top.
2. Set oil container to „oil", and pour the oil
into the container. Prepare mayonnaise,
cover with lid and refrigerate until ready to
serve.
