Fresh egg yolk

Mustard
1 Tsp
Lemon juice

Dill pickles, finely chopped

Hard-boiled egg diced
2 Tbsp
Parsley, finely chopped
Cayenne pepper, to taste
1. Add egg yolk, mustard, lemon juice and
salt into the mixing container, and close
with mixer top.
2. Set oil container to „oil", pour oil into the
container, prepare mayonnaise.
3. Add dill pickles, egg, parsley and cayenne
pepper. Cover with lid and refrigerate until
ready to serve.

Small apple, diced

Hard-boiled egg, diced

Chives, finely chopped
¼ Tsp
Salt
Pepper, to taste
1. Add egg yolk, mustard, vinegar and salt
into the mixing container, and close with
mixer top.
2. Set oil container to „oil", pour oil into the
container, and prepare mayonnaise.
3. Add apple, egg, chives, and season. Cover
with lid and refrigerate until ready to serve.
