WARNING!
Failure to follow these warnings and
instructions could result in serious injury or
death.
y Carefully read and follow all instructions
before using the carry cot.
y Never leave the child unattended.
y Listen for the audible "CLICKS" to
determine that each lock is properly
engaged to the stroller. Lift up on the carry
cot to make sure it cannot be disengaged.
y Carry cot attaches ONLY in the rear-facing
direction, so infant is facing the user.
y Carry cot must be removed to fold stroller.
y Maximum child weight 20 lbs. (9 kg)
y Never use this carry cot as an infant carrier,
or as a means of transport an infant in a
motor vehicle.

FALL HAZARD

y To help prevent falls, do not use this
product when the infant begins to push up
on hands and knees, or has reached 20
lbs. (9 kg), whichever comes first.
y The child's movements can slide carry cot.

NEVER place carry cot on an elevated
surface like a table or counter top.
y The carry cot should only be placed on a
low, dry, firm, horizontal surface when not in
use with stroller or carry cot stand.
SUFFOCATION
HAZARD
INFANTS HAVE
SUFFOCATED:
y In gaps between extra padding and side of
the bassinet/carry cot
y On soft bedding
y Use only the pad provided by manufacturer.
NEVER add a pillow, comforter, or another
mattress for padding.
y If a sheet is used with a carry cot pad,
use only the one provided by the carry cot
manufacturer or one specifically designed
to fit the dimension of the carry cot pad.
y The carry cot can roll over on soft surfaces
and suffocate the child. NEVER place
the carry cot on beds, sofas, or other soft
surfaces.
