LIMITED WARRANTY
Your CYBEX stroller is covered by a two year
limited warranty for the original purchaser,
from the date of purchase, against defects in
manufacturing or material, based on normal
use and as long as these instructions have
been followed.
This limited warranty is not transferable
and is only valid when supplied with a
proof of purchase. PLEASE KEEP PROOF
OF PURCHASE FOR THIS LIMITED

WARRANTY.

This limited warranty is valid only in the
original country of purchase.
CYBEX will provide replacement parts where
possible or conduct repairs as determined by
the company.
The following is NOT COVERED under this
limited warranty:
y Damage due to normal wear and tear from
everyday use, negligence or accident.
y Damage is caused by misuse or poor
maintenance. Please refer to this manual for
guidance on correct use and maintenance.
y Damage is from corrosion, mold or rust
caused by lack of maintenance or service.
y Damage is the result of airline handling or
shipping.

y Damage to tires.
y Damage is caused by intense sun
exposure, sweat, detergents, damp storage
or frequent washing.
y Damage is caused by repair or
modifications by a third-party.
y Stroller is second-hand.
CYBEX reserves the right to determine if the
limited warranty terms and conditions have
been met.
This warranty does not exclude, limit or
otherwise affect any statutory consumer
rights, including claims in tort or claims
with respect to a breach of contract, which
the buyer may have against the seller or
manufacturer of the product.
