Cleaning and maintenance

9.1

Cleaning the device

To clean the device, wipe with a soft cloth dampened with water. To clean dirty joints, use a non-scratching brush. Don't
use a cleaner or solvents on the unit. They can damage the case and leak inside, causing permanent damage.
Battery contacts may be wiped with a dry lint-free cloth.
If the unit gets wet, turn it off and remove the batteries immediately. Dry the battery compartment with a soft cloth to
minimize potential water damage. Leave the cover off the battery compartment overnight or until completely dry. Do not
use the unit until completely dry.
When batteries leak, the escaped liquid can cause injuries (affect of the skin) or damage the device.
Dispose batteries according to the environmental requirements.
Use protection gloves and clean the battery compartment wit soft paper towel. It is recommended to let the unit clean
by professional.
9.2 Maintenance
Check the batteries of the device regularly.
Replace the batteries on time by new ones, to avoid leaking.
