6 Putting into operation
CAUTION
Risk of toppling
Physical injury or damage to components due to improper mounting.
• Disconnect the supply lines.
• Place the components on a suitable base (flat, solid, dry) that prevents them from tipping.
• Please observe the max. angle of inclination of 10°
NOTICE
• Ensure free access to the operating components and connections.
• Install the cooling unit maintaining a circumferential clearance of 50 cm to ensure optimum circulation of the cooling
air.
• Prevent dust and other foreign substances from entering the cooling air stream of the system.
• Protect the components against rain and direct solar radiation.
• Use the device only in dry, clean and well-ventilated rooms.
6.2 Connecting the cooling unit
6.2.1 Fuse protection for the cooling unit
NOTICE
• The units are protected by a fuse/fuses in different ways, depending on the version.:
CR1000/CR1250 with 115 V is protected by a 5A fuse.
CR1000/CR1250 with 230 V is protected by a 3A fuse.
CR1000/CR1250 with 400 V is protected by three 1A fuses.

If the cooling unit does not work, check:
• the power supply – switch on if necessary
• the fuse (1) – replace if necessary.
