Fault Description
Machine inactive
(1) Power indicator not on
(2) Ice full level indicator on
(3) low water level indicator on
Ice production decreases
Ice machine in operation but no ice
produced
Noise of gear box is too high

Possible Causes
Main switch is set to OFF position
Connection wire get loosened
Malfunction of ice level control assembly
Blocked filters
Low water pressure
Regulation valve partially blocked or
improperly adjusted
Low water level of water bin
Insufficient feed of refrigerant
in water cylinder for ice Check water pump operation or replace
No water
production
Gear box motor gets stuck
Gear box damaged or leaks lubrication
