• General recommendation: Switch o the unit at
the main switch for about 5-10 minutes or pull
the plug if possible.
• WARNING! Do not carry out any repairs or modi-
cations to the product yourself. Otherwise, there
is a risk of electric shock, overheating, permanent
damage to the product, re or a short-circuit!

Basic functions
Shower WC does not work.
Water leaks at the bottom,
or the side of the shower WC
out of the housing of the
technical unit.
Remote control
The indicator light on the
remote ashes continuously.
In the following cases, it is essential

• If the indicator light on the toilet body still does
not light up but ashes after the power plug is
plugged in again. (Switch o the unit at the main
switch or pull the plug if possible).
• If the indicator light on the toilet is still o after
switching the power supply back on (Please
switch o the unit at the main switch or pull the
mains plug if possible).
• If smoke or abnormal noises occur.
Please check
No voltage.
Plug not properly inserted.
The RESET button is not acti-
vated on the safety unit.
The shower WC is in standby
mode.
Interrupt the water supply and disconnect the shower WC from
the mains.
Contact customer service.
The batteries are almost
depleted and should be
replaced.
Troubleshooting
Check the power supply.
Check that the power plug is
inserted.
Activate the RESET button
(grey) on the fuse unit in the
connection cable.
Press the on/o switch under
the glass cover.
Replace the batteries.
