4 Using the programming tool

4.1 Powering up

When powering up the programming tool:
- The software version of the programming tool is displayed for 2
seconds.
This is not the correct version of the programme for the control
panel.
then:
- The version of the control panel programme loaded into the
programming tool is displayed.

4.2 Connecting the programming tool to the control panel

Switch off the control panel.
M3 control panel
Connect the programming tool to the control panel using the 14-pin
connection cable (delivered with the package).
