Introduction
Hours of fun and sewing are guaranteed with your Barbie Sewing Machine! Your child can design new outfits for her
Barbie doll and create her clothes and accessories! She also can launch a new collection right away with the sewing
set featuring a pair of scissors, thread spools of different colours and several length of fabric. The sewing machine
operates with a pedal. It includes a storage drawer and a measuring tape to check the dimensions before sewing.
Please read carefully the instructions below before using the sewing machine for the first time.
BEWARE: KEEP OUT OF REACH OF YOUNG CHILDREN. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR CHILDREN UNDER 6
YEARS.

Battery installation

Your Barbie sewing machine works with 4 x 1.5V
(not included).
This game must be powered using only the specified batteries.
1. Open the battery compartment cover located under the sewing machine using a
screwdriver.
2. Install the 4 x LR6/AA batteries observing carefully the polarity indicated at the
bottom of the battery compartment, and as per the diagram shown opposite.
3. Close back the battery compartment and tighten the screw.
4. Turn the game on.
Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged. Rechargeable batteries are to
be removed from the toy before being charged. Rechargeable batteries are only to
be charged under adult supervision. Different types of batteries or new and used
batteries are not to be mixed. Only batteries of the same or equivalent type as
recommended are to be used. Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity.
Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the toy. The supply terminals are not
to be short circuited. Do not throw batteries into a fire. Remove the batteries if you
are not going to use the game for a long period of time.
WARNING: Mal-function or loss of memory may be caused by strong frequency interference or electrostatic discharge.
Should any abnormal function occur, remove the batteries and insert them again.
