so there will be more ste m in the bowl nd
the cooking process will be more efficient.
The 'low ste m' position llows m ximum
mount of he t nd ste m to be dispersed
into the bowl for ll ste m cooking (soups,
etc.). This position lso helps to void
spl shing during cooking.
The 'high ste m' position llows
m ximum mount of condens tion to
esc pe nd results in dishes or s uces with
better consistency (risotto, cre m
desserts, s uces, etc.).
Cooking times re for inform tion purposes only;
in most c ses it ensures th t the food is properly
cooked.
However, cert in conditions m y ffect the
cooking time:
- size of the veget bles (cut or uncut)
- qu ntity of ingredients in the b sket
- type of veget bles, their ripeness
- qu ntity of w ter in the bowl, which corresponds
to the me surement (0.7l).
If the food is not properly cooked, you c n set n
ddition l cooking time.
You c n lso use the m nu l mode by selecting
temper ture of 130°C nd the cooking time
ccording to the qu ntity nd type of ingredients.
