Before using the appliance, make sure
that the mains voltage in your home
corresponds to that indicated on the
hairdryer.
After removing the packaging, check
that the appliance is in perfect condition.
If in doubt, do not use and contact an
authorised Technical Assistance Centre.
Packaging materials such as plastic
bags, etc. should be kept out of the
reach of children.
The appliance is designed for domestic
use only. It should be used as described
in this manual. Any other use is
considered unsuitable and/or
dangerous.
In the event of technical failure and/or
improper working, switch the appliance off

and do not try to repair it. Repairs should
only be carried out by an authorised
Technical Assistance Service. Always
demand the use of original spare parts.
Failure to comply with this safety
instruction will compromise the safe
working of your appliance.
Certain fundamental rules must be
respected in the use of any electric

IN PARTICULAR
Do not use the appliance with wet or
damp hands or feet, or while barefoot.
Do not use the appliance when your
body is wet. Dry yourself before use.
NEVER SUBMERGE THE APPLIANCE
IN WATER OR LET IT BECOME
SPLASHED.
Do not use the appliance in the bath or
shower, in damp areas or near liquids
(over a hand basin or bath
tub full of water, for
example).
For greater protection, we
recommend that you install
a residual current device
with a maximum current threshold of 30
mA in the electrical circuit of your
bathroom. Consult your electrician for
more details.
Since the hairdryer may pose a safety
risk even when it is switched off, it
should always be unplugged from the
mains socket after use.
Unplug the appliance
- If it fails to work properly
- Before carrying out any cleaning
operation
- After use.
Make sure that you set the switch to "0"
before plugging or unplugging the
hairdryer.
