MEAT PROCESSING
1
Cut the meat into approx. 2 cm large cubes. Remove the fat, tendons and bone parts. Please rinse the
cutter disc & the perforated disc before the first use.
2
Place the meat mincer on a smooth and clean service. Fix it in position by turning the locking lever
[ 11 ] to the right as far as possible. Should an even firmer hold be required, the meat mincer can
additionally be mounted on the workplace using the fastening clamp.
3
Insert the funnel [ 7 ] into the housing rail [ 9 ] until this audibly locks into place.
4
Insert the auger [ 6 ] into the fixture on the funnel [ 7 ].
5
Place the cutting disc [ 1 ] onto the auger [ 6 ], so that the side with the ground knives is facing outward.
6
Place one of the perforated discs – [ 2 ] or [ 3 ] as required – on the cutting disc [ 1 ].
7
Tighten the locking ring [ 5 ] on the thread of the funnel [ 7 ] so that it is unable to slip.
8
Mount the crank handle [ 10 ] on the housing [ 9 ].
9
The funnel [ 7 ] can now be filled with meat. Important information: never push the filling material down
using your hands! Only use the pusher [ 8 ].

Cleaning

parts can now be removed without difficulty.
2
All of the parts with the exception of the high quality housing [ 9 ] can be cleaned in the upper basket
of the dishwasher. Only clean the housing [ 9 ] with a soft dishcloth!
3
As an alternative, these parts can be manually cleaned using a dishwashing brush for example. The
