• Calibrated version: recalibrate after com-
pleting machine repairs.
2.4 Calibration
The owner or user must arrange for the ma-
chine to be recalibrated before the inspection
date (Weights and Measures Act § 35 [2] 1).
The inspection date is printed on the ma-
chine. Calibration valid for 2 years.
Outside of Germany, different legal or other
requirements than those listed here may ap-
ply.
2.5 Commissioning
Compressed air connection:
1. Connect a filter pressure reducer up-
stream of the filter.
2. Press the quick-action coupling of the air
hose onto the plug nipple (item 01)
(Figure 1a).
Operation:
1. Push the valve connector onto the valve.
Hold the hose securely when filling or ad-
justing.
2. Actuate the trigger lever (item 02) (Fig.
2a, 1.) or press the + pushbutton
(item 09). Filling process starts.
3. Release the trigger lever (item 02) or +
pushbutton (item 09). Read the tyre
pressure on the pressure gauge (item
04).
4. Excessive tyre pressure: press the trig-
ger lever (item 02) halfway, actuate the
venting valve (item 03) (Fig. 2a, 2.) or
press the - pushbutton (item 10). Tyre
pressure is adjusted.
5. Release the trigger lever (item 02),
venting
valve
pushbutton (item 10). Read off the ad-
justed tyre pressure.

6. When tyre pressure reaches the correct
value, pull / release the valve connector
from the valve.
After use:
1. Disconnect the quick-action coupling
from
the
(Figure 1b).
2. Clean and store the device in dry condi-
tion
2.6 Maintenance
Only for devices with a trigger lever (item
02).
Prevent stiffness, leaks: lubricate the valve
pin and pivot point on the trigger lever
(item 02) when the device is depressurised.
2.7 Decommissioning
Storage: Clean, dry, free from dust, above
5° C.
Disposal: Dispose of packaging / machine
according to valid statutory regulations.
2.8 Warranty
Basic principle: complete unit in original
condition / proof of purchase.
Material and production defects are covered
by statutory provisions.
Excluded from warranty claims: Wear or
expendable parts, improper use, overloading
/ incorrect pressure, manipulation / inappro-
priate use, inadequate / incorrect / lack of
maintenance or lubrication, bumps / im-
pacts, dust / dirt accumulation, unauthorised
/ incorrect working procedures, incorrect
power supply, impure / insufficiently filtered
compressed air, failure to read the instruc-
tion manual, incorrect operating resources /
-
materials.
