7. Operation of the monitor

FUNCTIONAL BUTTONS:
MOD
Press down to select functions. If held down for a long time, the MODE button will turn
completely 0.
To set the time distance and calories pulse values when not in scanning mode.
SET
Press down to reset the time, distance and calories. The current data change is 0. If RESET is

held down for a long time, in addition to the ODO position, all values will be set to 0.
FUNCTION AND OPERATIONS:
Press the "MODE" button until "SCAN" appears, the monitor will rotate through the 5
SCAN
functions: time, speed, distance, calories, ODO and pulse. Each display will be held for
5 seconds.
(1) Count the total time from the start to the end of the exercise.
TIME
(2) Press the "MODE" button until "TIME" appears, press the "SET" button to set the
exercise time.
When "SET" is zero, the monitor will alarm for 10 seconds.
Displays the current speed.
SPEED
(1) Count the distance from the start to the end of the exercise. (2) Press the "MODE"
DIST
button until "DIST" appears, press the "SET" button to set the exercise distance. When
"SET" is zero, the monitor will alarm for 10 seconds.
(1) Count the total calories from the beginning to the end of the exercise. (2) Press the
CALORIES
"MODE" button until "CAL" appears, press the "SET" button to set the exercise calories.
When "SET" is zero, the monitor will alarm for 10 seconds.
Calculates the total distance travelled, in km, of the product during operation.
ODO
Press the MODE button until "PULSE" appears. Before measuring your heart rate,
SPEED
place your palms on both contact pads and the monitor will display your current heart
PULSE RATE
rate in beats per minute (BPM) on the LCD after 6 ~ 7 seconds.
Remark: During the process of pulse measurement, due to the locking of the con-
tacts, the measurement value may be higher than the virtual pulse rate for the first 2 ~
3 seconds, then it will return to the normal level. The measured value cannot be
considered as the basis for medical treatment.
The computer will beep when you press the "MODE" / "SET" and "RESET" buttons.
ALARM
If there is no signal for 4 minutes, the computer will automatically switch off. As long
