DID YOU KNOW?
Your breathing rhythm is faster during the day than at night. That's why following the
rhythm of cardiac coherence may seem uncomfortable to you at fi rst - it requires a little
practice.
Should I keep my eyes open or closed during the programme? It doesn't matter. You
don't have to struggle to keep your eyes open, the brightness is suffi cient for you to see
whether your eyes are open or closed.

Duration: 15 minutes
Breathing exercises are known to help relaxation and
combat stress. In addition, by having a benefi cial
eff ect on your heart rate, cardiac coherence exercises
naturally lead you to a state of relaxation, then sleep.
Inhale as the red light gets more intense and exhale as
it dims. You will slowly begin to relax and be under the
best conditions to fall asleep.
