Product usage
•
Press KEYBOARD PERCUSSION and PEC will display. Select the percussion instrument
by pressing the key below the desired percussion instrument picture.
•
Press KEYBOARD PERCUSSION again to turn off this function.
Demonstration songs
•
There are 15 demo songs to choose from (d00 to d14).
•
Press DEMO SONG to play all the songs in order or select the demo song by pressing the
corresponding number on the numerical keypad 0-9, or press the +/- buttons to scroll
through the options. You can play the keyboard along with demo songs.
•
Press DEMO SONG again to turn off this function.
NOTE: You can change the tempo of demo songs, but you cannot change the
timbre or add a rhythm.
RHYTHM
•
There are 128 rhythms to choose from (r00 to 127).
•
Press RHYTHM and select the rhythm by pressing the corresponding number on the
numerical keypad 0-9 or press the +/- buttons to scroll through the options. The beat
point will flash on the LED screen to indicate the tempo.
•
Press START/STOP to start or stop the rhythm function at any time.
•
Press SYNC to turn on this function. A dot on the LED screen will flash to confirm the
sync function is ready. The first 19 keys on the left are the chord keyboard. Press any key
1-19 on the left of the keyboard to start playing the rhythm.
•
Press RYHTHM again to turn off this function.
•
Press FILL-IN to play an intermezzo piece to accompany the rhythm.
NOTE: The rhythm only works with general keyboard playing and percussion. You
cannot add it to the demo songs or when playing MP3 tracks.
Tempo
•
Press TEMPO +/- to increase or decrease the tempo (30-240).
•
Press TEMPO +/- at the same time to return to the default setting 120.
NOTE: You can change the tempo of the metronome, demo songs and rhythm.
Metronome
•
Press METRONOME repeatedly to cycle through the four bar counts: 1-4, 2-4, 3-4, 4-4.
•
Press METRONOME again to turn off this function. OFF will display on the LED screen.
