002 1. Check battery voltage and compare them to under voltage
setting.
2. Charge battery.
3. Connect vehicle to AC power.
4. If none above solves the issue contact the manufacturer's
support (see back page of this manual).
003 1. Check battery voltage and ensure it is less than 16.5 V.
If battery voltage is higher than 16.5 V either a wrong battery
is connected or battery is broken.
2. Replace battery with battery that supplies DC power accord-
ing to technical data (see data plate).
3. In case vehicle is connected to AC power check if battery is
charging.
4. If battery is charging check charging voltage (must be lower
than 16.5 V to assure proper function whilst charging).
005 1. Check DC power fuses (see chapter "Replacing fuses" on
page 7).
2. If heater does not operate properly contact the manufac-
turer's support (see back page of this manual).

008 1. Wait 3 minutes, then restart.

422 1. Assure that air heater is switched off.
2. Wait 15 – 30 minutes until heater has cooled down.
3. Check if all air inlet grilles and the warm air ducts to the heater
are not blocked.
4. Restart air heater.
5. If heater does not operate properly contact the manufac-
turer's support (see back page of this manual).
423 1. Assure that water heater is switched off.
2. Wait 15 – 30 minutes until heater has cooled down.
3. Check if boiler is filled with water.
4. Refill with water if water was missing.
5. Restart water heater.
6. If heater does not operate properly contact the manufac-
turer's support (see back page of this manual).
424 1. Check if the window above the cowl is opened (if available).
2. If window was opened close window and restart heater.
3. If window was closed execute the default routine (see back
page of this manual).
434 Self shutdown. Service warning has been ignored too long.
➤ Contact the manufacturer's support (see back page of this
manual) for service. Heater can only be restarted after ser-
vice.

Remedy
1. Reset warning.
Water heating is shut down. Only air heat-
ing is operating.
2. Operate the air heating at the highest
level so that the interior temperature
rises and the water heating is ready for
operation again.
1. Reset warning.
Heater is now only operated with gas.
2. Check power supply.
1. Reset warning.
2. Contact the manufacturer's support
for service after your vacation or at the
next opportunity.
If you wait too long, the heater will turn
itself off and can only be restarted after
service.
