3. USE GUIDELINES
The device is designed to measure satellite and digital
TV signal parameters. The user is liable for any damage
resulting from unintended use of the device.

3.2. PREPARING FOR USE
APPLIANCE LOCATION
The temperature of environment must not be higher than
40°C and the relative humidity should be less than 85%.
Ensure good ventilation in the room in which the device
is being used. The power cord connected to the appliance
must be properly grounded and correspond to the
technical details on the product label.

(DC power supply) or via a SAT signal receiver (LNB receiver
output: minimum 750mA).

3.3. DEVICE USE
IMPORTANT:
The device is powered from an external source or receiver,
therefore it is recommended to disconnect the external
power source from the power supply before connecting
the device. If there is a short circuit when connecting
the cable, the message "Satellite signal short circuit!" or
"Terrestial signal input short circuit! Please power off!" will
appear on the screen. You must then diagnose and rectify
the problem before further use.

3.3.1 MAIN MENU
After connecting the device to the power supply, the
display will turn on showing first the information about the
installed software and go to the "Main Menu".
Press the directional cursor buttons to select the respective
submenu. Confirm your selection by clicking on [OK]
and you will be automatically redirected to the selected
submenu.
•
SATELLITE
This submenu is used to manage satellite settings.
•
FIND SATELLITE
This option enables you to quickly find a satellite signal, its
strength, quality and parameters.
Press the up or down directional buttons to select different
settings and the right or left directional buttons to change
settings. To enter the desired parameter value, press [OK]
to select it, then use the right / left button to select the item
number and the up / down button to change the parameter
digit. By pressing [EXIT] you can exit the parameter after it
is set. Once the parameter settings are confirmed and the
signal is ready, the [S:] level value and the [Q:] quality of the
signal [in %] will be displayed. Otherwise, set the antenna
dish to the best signal level and quality. Press [EXIT] to
return to the current menu.

LIST SATELLITE
In this submenu, the user has access to all information
about the satellites, their parameters, signal strength and
quality. Available satellites are displayed in a convenient
list form.
Press the directional up or down button to select the
desired satellite from the list and confirm the selection by
pressing [OK] to display the transponder frequency (see
below).
Press the directional up or down button to select the
desired frequency. Then press the right or left button to
scroll the page and press [OK] to show the satellite name,
frequency, intensity and signal quality (see below).
If the signal has been blocked, its type, FEC, C / N and BER
parameters will be shown. Press the up or down directional
button to change the satellite. Press the right or left
directional button to change the transponder. Press the
[EXIT] button to go to the previous menu.

DISPLAY SPECTRUM
In this submenu, you can view the signal range by selecting
the appropriate parameters.
Press the up or down directional button to select the item
, then use the right or left directional button to change the
setting. After selecting the appropriate parameters, confirm
with [OK] to display the spectrum.
