Troubleshooting
The soup maker is ready for use but the – – – – symbol has not lit up on the display.
A. The power cord is not connected: connect the power cord to a 230 V socket.
B. The lid of the jar is set incorrectly: slightly rotate the lid clockwise; the handle of the lid and the handle of the jar must be aligned.
The – – – – symbol lights up on the display but it is impossible to start a programme, pulse blending or manual
blending.
A. Incorrect startup: always press "Start/Stop" before selecting a programme or the manual mode.
B. The soup maker did not manage to reset after being disconnected and then connected again to the grid: disconnect the power
cord, wait for 3 minutes, connect the power cord and start the soup maker.
It is impossible to blend all the food in the jar evenly.
A. The food in the jar must be pressed while blending: use the tamper.
B. There are not enough liquids in the jar: remove some unblended food and add liquids.
Food sticks to the bottom of the glass jar when being cooked.
A. Incorrectly selected programme: end the running programme and select the correct one.
B. There are not enough liquids in the jar: pause the programme, remove some unblended food and add liquids.
E1 has appeared on the display.
A. The cutting blades are blocked by too large chunks of food: disconnect the power cord, remove the large chunks of food, cut
them into smaller pieces, connect the power cord and start the soup maker.
B. Water has entered the contact surface of the base: disconnect the power cord, remove the water, leave the connector to dry,
connect the power cord and start the soup maker.
E2 or E3 has appeared on the display.
A. The soup maker was started without liquids and food inside: disconnect the power cord, wait for 20 minutes, connect the
power cord and start the soup maker.
B. The jar was removed from the base of the soup maker in operation: disconnect the power cord, wait for a while, connect the
power cord and start the soup maker.
C. Water has entered the connectors on the base or on the glass jar: disconnect the power cord, remove the water, leave the con-
nectors to dry, connect the power cord and start the soup maker.
E4 has appeared on the display.
Water has entered the connectors on the base or on the glass jar: disconnect the power cord, remove the water, leave the con-
nectors to dry, connect the power cord and start the soup maker.

Recipes
Cut all the food indicated in the recipes to pieces not exceeding 2 x 2 cm, place into the glass jar, add the other ingredients, put
the lid with closure onto the jar and start the corresponding programme.
"Clear soup" programme
Chicken broth
Ingredients: 400 g skinned chicken, 700 ml water, 20 g celery, 15 g butter, 100 g leek, 80 g carrot, 20 g parsley root, 4 pep-
percorns, 4 balls allspice, 2 bay leaves, salt and pepper to taste
Useful hint: If you want to make the soup heartier, add one lightly beaten egg to the glass jar 2 minutes before the end of the
programme. To enhance flavour, you can add a tablespoon of vegetable condiment before starting the programme.
