FUNCTION SETTING AND ACTIVATION
Important note: Refer to the control panel manual for identification of the buttons.
Manually moving the frame
Press "UP", "DOWN", "LEFT" and "RIGHT" on the control panel to move the frame manually to a required
point. The speed can be changed by choosing between 10 possible positions and pressing the
alphanumeric buttons between 0 and 9 before pressing the direction buttons. (o = slow – 9 = fast).
Setting a preset position point
Point the dome to the direction to be stored. In standby mode, press "PRESET" to access the preset point
programming mode. "P - - X" will appear on the display where "X" is the address of the concerned dome.
Use the key pad to enter the preset point (1 is the first point, 2 is the second point, up to a maximum of 50).
Press "ON" to confirm or press "CLEAR" to cancel the operation.
Recalling the stored presetting
To select the required dome, press "CAM" and the number key which identifies the dome (maximum 256),
then press "CAM" again. In standby mode, press "CALL" to access the preset point calling mode. ("C - - X")
will appear on the display where "X" is the concerned dome. Use the number keys to call the required
preset point and then press "ON" to activate the required function.
Deleting a stored preset position
In standby mode, press "PRESET": ( "P - - X") will appear on the display were "X" identifies the concerned
dome camera. Then use the number keys to select the presetting to be deleted, press "OFF" or "CLEAR"
to cancel the operation and go back to standby mode.
Panning between two preset positions
Go to the starting position of the horizontal scanning function and press "PRESET + 52 + ON".
Go to the starting position of the horizontal scanning function and press "PRESET + 53 + ON".
Use the number keys to set the panning speed. Then move the dome for longer than 3 seconds and press
"CALL + 51 + ON" to save the required scanning speed.
Press "CALL + 52 + ON" to scan.
Setting a track tour
In standby mode, press the number key (from 1 to 6) corresponding to the tour to be stored. Then press
"TOUR" and "ON". "N – 01" will appear on the display: this is a counter which shows the preset number
being entered. Then press "DOWN". "P - - X" will appear on the display (X identifies the preset number to
enter in the tour). Enter the first number using the number keys (the entered numbers do not need to be in
sequence) and press "DOWN".
"Y - - X" will appear on the display (X identifies the tour movement speed). Enter the number using the
number keys (from 0 to 9) and press "DOWN".
"E - - X" will appear on the display (X is the pause time (in seconds) between preset positions). Enter the
pause time using the number keys (from 1 to 9) and press "DOWN".
All the parameters related to the first presetting have been entered. "N – 02" will now appear on the display.
This is the second presetting to be included in the track tour (maximum 16).
