Special safety information for this unit
WARNING: Risk of injury!
Before changing the attachments, the appliance
must be disconnected from the mains!
Intended Use
This appliance is designed for the juicing of citrus
fruit.
It is intended for domestic use and use of similar
areas. It may only be used in the manner de-
scribed in this instruction manual. The appliance
may not be used for commercial purposes.
Any other use is considered as not intended and
may lead to damage of property or even to per-
sonal injury.
The manufacturer assumes no liability for damage
which may occur through incorrect use.

Unpacking the appliance
• Take the device out of its packaging.
• Remove all of the packaging materials such as
foils, filling material, cable holders and card-
board packaging.
• Check the scope of delivery.
NOTE:
• There may still be dust or production residues
on the device. Before initial use, clean the
appliance as described under "Cleaning".
• The cover (2) protects the transparent lid in
the packaging during transportation. It plays
no role in the use of the appliance.

Assembling the Appliance
1. Push the motor shaft onto the axle until it locks
into place.
2. Put the juice holder into the motor housing.
3. Put the filter onto the juice holder.
4. Fit the juicing cone.
Using the Machine
1. Place the device on a firm and flat surface.
Position it such that it cannot tilt over.
2. Insert the plug in a duly installed 220-240 V~,
50 Hz protective contact socket.
3. Place a glass (vessel) under the spout of the
juice container.
4. Press the spout
downwards in order to
open the outlet aperture
(Fig. A).
5. Halve the citrus fruit in the
middle. Hold the lemon squeezer with one
hand while pressing the fruit halve on the press
cone with the other.
NOTE:
• The machine starts turning automatically.
• Do not press too hard on the fruit halves.
The motor stops if too much pressure is
applied. If you release the pressure it will
restart immediately.
• The juice flows into the glass (vessel).
Fruit flesh and pips remain in the filter
screen.
6. Before removing the
glass (vessel) press
the spout upwards in
order to seal the outlet
of the juice container
and prevent dripping (Fig. B).
7. Pull the plug out of the socket after use and
clean the device as described below.
NOTE:
• Citrus fruit juices should be stored in a cool
place for not more than one day.
