MAINTENANCE
Our pumps do not require maintenance. As a precaution, empty the pipes and any water from inside the pump
during periods of freezing temperatures.
If the pump is to remain idle a long time, dismantle the pump and store it in a dry, ventilated place.
WARNING: in the event of a breakdown, the pump should only be serviced by an authorized technical repair
center. When the time comes to dispose of the pump, it does not contain any contaminating or toxic material.
The main components are properly identified for selective scrapping.

Troubleshooting

The pump will not start.

There is no suction from the pump.

Insufficient pressure or flow rate.

The motor overheats.
6.
The pump starts and then stops shortly afterwards (klixon).

Solutions
Dismantle it and take it to an Official Technical Service
center.
Clean it or replace it.
Check the geometric height and pressure losses.
Check that the mains voltage matches what is
indicated on the name plate.
Adjust the intake height.
Change the fuse or thermal relay.
Dismantle the pump and take it to an Official
Technical Service center.
Correctly submerge the suction inlet.
Fill the pump housing with water.
Provide correct ventilation.
Perfectly seal the gaskets and connections.
Check the programming.
Find out why there is insufficient water.
Open the valve or faucet.
Wait for the water level to be restored and press the
reset button.
Make up for this loss.
