GENERAL WARNINGS AND INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING YOUR MEDLINE BEDSIDE TOILET
To ensure the safe installation, adjustment, and operation of Bedside Toilet, these instructions MUST be followed:
GENERAL WARNINGS
DO NOT install this product without first reading and understanding this instruction sheet.
If you are unable to understand these warnings, cautions, and instructions, contact a healthcare professional or
dealer before attempting to install this equipment. Failure to follow instructions may result in serious injury.
• Prior to each use check that all joints and fittings on the bedside toilet are tight.
• Make sure all four legs are adjusted evenly and are free of any obstructions prior to use.
• DO NOT place bedside toilet on uneven surfaces.
• DO NOT use if wobbly, unstable or not level.
• DO NOT exceed user weight capacity of 350 lbs (159 kgs).
• DO NOT twist or turn while seated on bedside toilet. This may cause frame to bend.
• DO NOT stand on bedside toilet.
• DO NOT use bedside toilet for any purpose that it is not intended to be used for.
• Check rubber tips for rips, cracks or wear. If these conditions exist, DO NOT use the tips and replace IMMEDI-
ATELY. (Rubber Tips can be ordered--item MDS89664T)
• The bedside toilet is NOT to be used as a transfer bench, transfer device or climbing device.
