PERATION
The DuoPlus laundry unit is an automatic dosing system designed for use with commercial washing
machines.
The unit is intended for fixed indoor installation only. The means for full disconnection must be incorporated in the
fixed wiring, with an air gap of at least 3mm in each pole.
The pumps are initiated by the application of a signal of between 90V and 240V AC or DC across the corresponding
inputs of the the A and B rails on the circuitboard.
(Note: Signal of between 12V and 240V AC or DC can be accepted by removing the resistor pack R2).
Signals must be present for the duration of the signal acceptance time (3 seconds) before they are
acknowledged. Only the first signal to each input, will initiate the pump. Subsequent signals will be
ignored until the unit has reset.

Quick and simple access to adjustment via the tough push-button membrane.
Security access protection.
Adjustable stepped speed control of both pumps (see page 9).
Run Time adjustment of Detergent dose & Fabric Softener / Destainer dose.
Adjustable Pre-wash Destainer delay time.
Optional Formula Module to accommodate different wash programs.
Two operating modes:
Mode 1 - Detergent + Fabric Softener
Pump 1 (rear) will be used for the detergent, pump 2 (front) will be used for the fabric softener.
Pump 1 will run on inputs 1(Pre-wash), 2A(main wash - cold) & 2B (main wash - hot).
Pump 2 will run on input 3.
The unit will reset, after pump 2 has stopped, and the programmed Reset Delay time has elapsed.
Mode 2 - Detergent + Destainer
Pump 1 (rear) will be used for the detergent, pump 2 (front) will be used for the destainer.
Destainer delay time.
Pumps 1& 2 will run on inputs 1(Pre-wash), 2A(main wash - cold) & 2B (main wash - hot).
Input 3 will then be used to re-set the unit. The unit will re-set after the programmed Reset Delay Time.

attempt to place items (such as screwdrivers) into the moving parts of the Pumphead.

power the unit outside of the voltages stated on the rating label.
Do not use damaged or frayed cables.
Do not dismantle or modify this equipment.
Always ensure that care is taken when handling chemicals.
