Put cutter blocks back. Fasten two screws and
washers. Repeat previous steps for blade on
opposite side. (See Figure 14)

Loosen screws. Remove protective shields on both

2. Lift handle approximately 60° up to allow insertion of
safety pin into hole. (See Figure 17)

8. Press handle down, and while at this position, pull
safety pin out. Place safety pin into pin holder.
Replace protective shield as shown. Tighten four
screws. Cutter is ready for use. (See Figure 15)

3. After insertion of pin, confirm safety pin protrudes
through other side. (See Figure 18)
NOTE: The safety pin now blocks the movement
of handle.
