5. Two numbers are marked on cutting board: "1" on
one side and "2" on the other. Flip cutting board to
opposite side, as both sides may be used before
replacement. If both sides have been used, replace
cutting board. Then, tighten fixed plate, block plates,
bolts and nuts. (See Figure 19)
