Function/Application
The CondenseSpot XP is an infrared and contact temperature measuring device with integrated hygrome-
ter, memory function and a Digital Connection interface for measured data transfer. Non-contact tempe-
rature measurement of surfaces is realised by measuring and evaluating the amount of electromagnetic
energy in the infrared wavelength range. The device can also be used to measure all relevant climate data
and calculate the dew point. This makes it possible to assess thermal bridges and condensation moisture.
There is a connection for a temperature sensor (K-type) to facilitate contact temperature measurement.
General safety instructions
– The device must only be used in accordance with its intendedpurpose and within the scope
of the specifications.
– The measuring tools and accessories are not toys. Keep out of reach of children.
– Modifications or changes to the device are not permitted, this will otherwise invalidate the approval
and safety specifications.
– Do not expose the device to mechanical stress, extreme temperatures, moisture or significant vibration.
– The device must no longer be used if one or more of its functions fail or the battery charge is weak.
– Do not power the temperature sensor (K-type) with an external voltage.
– Please ensure compliance with the safety regulations set out by local and national authorities
with regard to the correct and proper use of the device.
