The following table helps to identify and rectify further possible faults:

The head-
phones cannot
be switched on.
No sound.
Sound is only

Possible cause
The internal battery
is not charged.
The headphones
are not switched
on.
The volume is set to
minimum.
The playback device
is not switched on.
The playback device
has been muted.
The audio ca-

ble is incorrect-
ly connected in
AUX-IN mode.
The stereo balance
control on the
playback device is
incorrectly adjusted.
Remedy
Charge the battery (see section
Charging the battery).
Press the button
2 seconds to switch on the
headphones.
Set the desired volume using

playback device.
Switch on the playback device.
Unmute the playback device.
Make sure that the audio

cable is correctly connected
to the AUX IN socket
headphones and the playback
