BLEEDING THE AIR
BLEEDING THE AIR
Each time the jack is serviced by disassembling and reassembling parts connected to the tank and the motorpump, it is
recommended to bleed the air.
Bleeding phases:
1. Operate the raising control to allow the pistons to come to a fully extended position
2. Loosen (NEVER unscrew it completely!)
Loosen (NEVER unscrew it completely!) the grub screw
3. Let all the air escape from the grub screw until only oil comes through the hole, pushing the piston down if
necessary, then close the grub screw again.
4. Fully retract the pistons and check the oil level.
5. Test the jack without load and if the piston descent is jerky repeat the procedure at least 2 or 3 times.

OR DOES NOT STAR
- Check that there are no kinks or blockages in the air supply line, and that the pressure of the compressed air circuit
is at least 8 bar - 116 PSI.
THE JACK DOES NOT LIFT THE LOAD
THE JACK DOES NOT LIFT THE LOAD
- Make sure that the air supply line is not choked.
- Check the quantity of oil in the tank, (see the "Oil level check" procedure in the "Maintenance for the end user"
section).
If the pistons rise when without load but do not lift the load, the motor pump assembly must be replaced.
