5. Usage
Heat the heating plate without the vessel for about 5 minutes at the maximum
level.
Add the quantity of oil, broth, cheese or chocolate to the vessel according to the
desired fondue recipe. Make sure that the capacity of the vessel is not exceeded.
Only use the original vessel for fondue. Use only fats and oils that are suitable for
deep frying.
Place the vessel on the heating plate and ensure that the base makes complete
contact with the heating plate.
Turn the knob to the "MAX" position and the indicator lights up. The appliance
starts working.
It is normal for the indicator lamp to switch on and off periodically due to the
thermostatic regulator. This cycle controls the temperature of the vessel, till the
food item is cooked sufficiently.
