OPERATION

Overheating Protection
This appliance is equipped with an overheating protection. Should the appliance
overheat, the overheat protection will automatically switch it off.
If your appliance suddenly stops running:
1. Unplug the mains plug from the socket.
2. Press the ON/OFF button (1) to switch off the appliance.
3. Let the appliance cool down for at least 60 minutes.
4. Insert the mains plug into the socket.
5. Switch the appliance on again.
6. Switch off the appliance and disconnect the mains plug from the socket before
touching or replacing accessories or parts that move during operation.
Note: Contact the manufacturer or the customer service if the overheating
protection is activated too often.
Mincing Meat
WARNING
Risk of injury! Never push the meat into the funnel by hand. Always
use a food pusher.
Cut all the food into pieces. We recommend that you use sinewless, boneless and
fat-free meat and cut it to a size of about 2 x 2 x 6 cm so that it fits easily into the
funnel opening.
