Depending on the type of baby bottle or jar, place either the basket or the
2
trivet in the centre of the warming tank. The accessories should always be
dry. The basket should preferably be used only if it fits the size of your
bottles/jars.
Each time before using the device, check table 1 on page 19 to see whether
you are using the correct insert for your bottle.
6
Put the open baby bottle or open jar in the warming tank.
3
Do not use PE bottles or containers which cannot be boiled.
7
Pour the quantity of water quoted in Table 1 on Page 19 into the warming
4
tank.
Use the measuring container to measure the precise quantity of water. You
may need to use the measuring container several times if relatively large
quantities of water are involved. The quantity of water evaporating affects the
final temperature of the food, so accurate measuring is important.
Always use the measuring container for filling, as the NUK Baby Food
Note
Warmer might otherwise be overfilled, damaging the device.
The time taken to heat up food and its temperature will depend on the
Note
quantity of water. The quantities of water quoted are a guide to heating a
liquid to drinking temperature. The different natures of food and of
containers mean we are unable to specify an exact quantity of water for
heating up. Just experiment, and you will soon find the optimum quantity of
water.
