following specifications:

• EN ISO 12100-1:2003 Safety of machinery –

Basic concepts, general principles for design –

Part 1

• EN ISO 13857:2008 Safety of machinery –

Safety distances to prevent hazard zones being

reached by upper and lower limbs

I hereby declare that the equipment named

above has been tested and found to comply with

the relevant sections of the above referenced

specifications. The unit complies with all essential

requirements of the Directives.
