RS232 (9W 'D' plug)
A 9W 'D' plug provides RS232 communications to third party devices, this is typically a temperature sensing interface. It provides one
transmit and receive signal as well as CTS and RTS lines for handshaking. DTR indicates to the other device that this device is powered.
