3.3 Heat link control button options

With it turned on (operating indicator light is red) press to turn it
off and press and hold to go into network pairing mode.
MODO 1
With it turned off (operating indicator light off) press to turn it on,
press and hold for 5 seconds to go into heat link and thermostat
pairing mode, and press for 10 seconds to force the boiler to
switch on.
