How to connect wiring
Remove the control box lid of the indoor unit.
Remove the cover of the outdoor unit.
Follow the "Wiring diagram label" attached to the indoor unit's
control box lid to wire the outdoor unit, indoor unit and the
remote controller.
Securely fix the wires with a field supplied champ.
Attach the cover of the outdoor unit.
Precautions

Observe the notes mentioned below when wiring to the power
supply terminal board.

Do not connect wires of different gauge to the same power
supply terminal. (Looseness in the connection may cause
overheating.)

When connecting wires of the same gauge, connect them
according to the figure.
Use the specified electric wire. Connect the wire securely to
the terminal. Lock the wire down without applying excessive
force to the terminal. (Tightening torque: 1.31N.m 10%).

When attaching the control box lid, make sure not to pinch
any wires.

After all wiring connections are done, fill in any gaps in the
casing wiring holes with putty or insulation material (field
supply) thus to prevent small animals or dirt from entering
the unit from outside and causing short circuits in the control
box.

Do not connect wires of different gauge to the same grounding
terminal. Looseness in the connection may deteriorate the
protection.

Use only specified wires and tightly connect wires to the terminals.
Be careful that wires do not place external stress on the terminals.
Keep wiring in neat order so that they do not obstruct other
equipment such as popping open the service cover. Make sure
the cover closes tight. Incomplete connections could result in
overheating, and in the worst case, electric shock or fire.
5. TESTE DE FUNCIONAMENTO
1. O teste de funcionamento deverá ser executado só
depois de toda a instalação estar concluída.
2. Por favor, confirme os pontos seguintes, antes do teste
de funcionamento:
As unidades interiores e exterior estão devidamente
instaladas.
A tubagem e a cablagem estão totalmente
terminadas
O sistema de tubagem de refrigerante foi verificado
relativamente à existência de fugas.
A drenagem está desobstruída.
O isolamento térmico funciona bem.
O condutor de terra está devidamente ligado.
O comprimento da tubagem e a quantidade de
refrigerante adicionada estão registados.
A tensão de alimentação é igual à tensão nominal do
aparelho.
Não existe nenhum obstáculo nas entradas e saídas
de ar das unidades interior e exterior.
As válvulas de carga da parte de gás e de líquido
foram ambas abertas.
O aparelho está pré-aquecido pela ativação da
energia.
3. Teste de funcionamento
Coloque o aparelho no modo de arrefecimento com o
controlo remoto e verifique os pontos seguintes. Se
ocorrer algum problema, tente resolvê-lo seguindo
³5HVROXomR GH 3UREOHPDV´ no Manual de Utilizador.
1) Na unidade interior, verifique:
a.
Se o interruptor ON/OFF do controlo remoto
funciona bem.
b.
Se as teclas do controlo remoto funcionam bem.
c.
Se a grelha de fluxo de ar se move normalmente.
d.
Se a temperatura da sala se ajusta bem.
e.
Se os indicadores se iluminam normalmente.
f.
Se as teclas de temporização funcionam bem.
g.
Se a drenagem é normal.
h.
Se há vibração ou ruído durante a operação.
i.
Se o aparelho aquece bem, no caso de modelo
para aquecimento e arrefecimento.
2) Unidade exterior, verifique:
a. Se há vibração ou ruído durante a operação.
b. Se o ar, ruído, ou água condensada, gerados
durante o funcionamento incomodam os vizinhos.
c. Se existe fuga de refrigerante.
Uma facilidade de proteção impede o equipamento de ser
ativado durante cerca de 3 minutos, quando voltar a ser
ligado imediatamente após ter sido desligado.
