Safety Instructions

Read this manual carefully before installing and using this unit and
keep it for future use.
WARNING:
- This air conditioner contains 90 g (see rating label on the back
of the unit) of R290 refrigerant gas.
- The
R290
environmental standards. Never puncture the refrigerant
circuit.
- If the appliance is installed, used or stored in a non-ventilated
room, the room must be designed to prevent the
accumulation of refrigerant leaks that can cause a risk of fire
or explosion if the refrigerant is exposed to electric heating,
gas or other heat sources.
- The unit must be stored with care to avoid damage to the air
conditioner.
- Only trained technicians with a refrigerant certificate may
work on the unit.
- This unit may only be repaired by a qualified repairer.
1. The air conditioner is for indoor use.
2. Never plug the unit into an outlet that is not properly installed.
3. Never use the air conditioner :
a.
Near a heat source,
b.
Near a place subject to oil splashes,
c.
In full sunlight,
d.
In a place subject to water splashes,
e.
Near a bathtub, laundry room, shower or swimming pool.
4. Never put your fingers or objects in the air outlet. Never leave
children unattended.
5. Always keep the unit upright during transport and storage.
6. Always unplug the appliance before cleaning it.
7. When moving the appliance, ensure that it is unplugged and
move it with care.
8. To avoid the risk of fire, do not cover the air cooler.
9. Before plugging the appliance to the mains supply, check that
the sockets conform to national safety standards.
