USE
Agricultural applications in irrigation systems for mini-spraying or area spraying where the pressure requirements are larger due to the
height of the irrigation system and the minimum pressure required for the correct functioning of spraying or nebulization. In this type of
applications the use of centrifugal pumps is not recommended due to the low output pressure they handle.

OPERATION CONDITIONS
These pumps have been designed to pump neutral and clear liquids with no suspended abrasive solids; under temperatures no higher than
104 ºF. Adequate for vegetable farms irrigation. Pumping non-aggressive liquids and to increase low pressure in the aqueduct network.
SET UP
The pumps shall be set up in a dry place, adequate ventilation and temperature not exceeding
104 ºF (Fig. A).
Set the pump in place on a solid flat surface using the adequate bolts to prevent from vibration. The
pump shall be set up in a horizontal position to allow the bearings to work properly. The suction
pipe diameter shall not be smaller than the suction inlet. If the suction height exceeds 157.4" use a
pipe with a large diameter. The output pipe diameter should be chosen to resist the flow speed and
required pressure in the force points. The suction pipe shall be set up with and upward angle facing
the suction inlet to prevent air pockets. (Fig. B). Double-check the suction pipe is completely
hermetic and to be submerged in water at least one meter to prevent air bubbles. It is advisable to
