Function active only with GAIN ON and SHUTTER set to 1/50 (default)
This function allows to shoot scenes under poor light conditions. When the brightness gradually decreases,
also the frame per second is reduced (number of images/second), increasing the minicamera sensitivity.
Select SENS-UP to choose between AUTO (automatic) and OFF (disabled) options.
Select AUTO and press the button to change the minicamera max. exposure type, selecting among values
from X2 to X256.
If this function is used with a minicamera provided with an embedded IR illuminator as ref. 1092/162, the
SENS-UP function has the following applications:
use of the minicamera in COLOUR mode, that is without IR lighting. In COLOUR mode and with
the SENS-UP function active, the minicamera can capture colour images also under extremely
low light conditions.
increase of IR lighting range. In case of poor lighting conditions, long distances to be covered,
reflecting walls or other special conditions, the use of SENS-UP function allows to improve the
lighting range.
This function allows to change the functions concerning minicamera parameters.
