The attachment points on the harness that are used for Fall Protection
(EN 361) are the D-rings at the back and the chest-mounted carabiner
in front. Rescue equipment is best connected to these attachment
points when needed.

1. Locate and hold the D-ring at the back. Ensure that the parts of the
harness fall out naturally without any twisting webbing.
2. Hold the harness shoulder strap and put on the harness as you would
do with a jacket.
3. Connect the chest loops together with the carabiner.
4. Grab the leg straps and put them together with the respective buckle.
Adjust the leg straps so they sit together tightly around the legs (adjust
the circumference so that you can get your fingers through, but not the
hand).
5. The harness is fitted with shoulder strap adjustment back and front.
Adjust the back first, positioning the rear D between the shoulder
blades, then tighten the lower front adjustments so that the harness
sits tightly against the body, but without excessive restriction.
6. Adjust the shoulders so that it starts to limit your movement when
you stretch backwards, and that it does not prevent you from bending
fully forwards.
7. Connect the waist-belt buckle, ensure you hear an audible click that
indicates the buckle is properly fastened. Adjust the waist-belt in the
same manner as for the leg adjustment.
This harness 1123,1124 has been tested and certified in accordance with EN
standards EN-361:2002 (fall protection). The 1124 also have been tested and
certified in accordance with EN standards EN-358:2002 (support belt ) and
according to PPE Regulation (EU) 2016/425. The harness main purpose is to
catch and hold a body if the body is subjected to a fall, or hold a body safe in
order to work hands free. The harness is made from double weft 45 mm wide
polyester tape and metal components.
The harness may be connected to (read EN-363:2008):
Guided type fall arresters including a flexible anchor line.
Energy Absorbing Lanyards.
Retractable type fall arresters.
Guided type fall arresters including a rigid anchor line.
The attachment points on the harness are marked by a label ""A"" which may
be used for fall protection systems. These points are the D-ring/ at the back
and, as necessary, both webbing loops (wraps) on the chest. A full-body
harness (EN361) is the only type of harness that can keep the body in an
upright position when it is used in a fall protection system. If the harness is
fitted with a support belt with D-rings its equivalent for restraint, (EN-358).
Warning! Work in a fall protection environment requires that the user is fully
fit (ref EN-365), has completed training in the use of the equipment and is
aware of the risks that can arise. Prior to starting to work in fall risk
environment, plans shall be made for how to evacuate a person who has
fallen or been injured and/or possibly been left hanging in the harness. If you
are unsure, contact your dealer or the manufacturer for further information.
Warning! Prior to using the product for the first time, the harness should be
correctly fitted to the individual worker. The fitting must take place in a safe
location to ensure the right size, that there is an adequate degree of
adjustment and an acceptable level of comfort for the work that is to be
carried out.
Before each use: Carry out a careful visual check of the material and
function and ensure that the equipment works. Be careful in relation to tape
breaches, broken seams/stitching, cut damage, discoloration, damaged
D-rings and buckles, and the function of eyelets and wraps.
Warning! The harness is only for Personal Protection Equipment use. All
other usage is forbidden. If possible, each user shall have their own personal
harness (ref EN-365). It is important that the user visually checks their
equipment prior to use (self-check).
Warning! For connection to a system in accordance with EN-363:2008 the
user shall be fully conversant with all the functions of the component parts
and their use. In case of doubt contact your dealer or the manufacturer.
Warning! If any fault in the equipment is detected which may impact on the
safety of its use, the product must be replaced immediately. In case of doubt
contact your dealer or the manufacturer for inspection.
Warning! If the equipment has been subjected to a fall the product shall
immediately be discarded and replaced or inspected by competent person.
Warning! For connection to a fall protection system the anchorage point
shall be of an approved type in accordance with EN-795 or the equivalent
tested for this purpose, and cope with a static loading of the suitable
standards. As far as possible the anchorage point shall be directly above the
user. The work shall be carried out in such a manner that the fall distance and
fall risk are minimized. Avoid lateral movements that can cause a pendulum
where a person would swing into an object or a wall causing injuries.
Warning! The harness is certified with weight of 100Kg recommendation
should not be significant over 100Kg.
Warning! Make sure that there is sufficient free space below the workplace;
in certain cases, the distance can to be up to 6 meters below the user if the
absorber is fully activated. Calculate the fall clearance bearing in-mind:
The height of the user;
The position of the anchorage points;
The lanyard length (rope/wire/webbing);
Different lanyards may have different energy absorber lengths.
Warning! When carrying out work with a harness the greatest possible care
shall be observed when hanging freely in the system. If the user were to
