CLEANING THE HEPA 12 FILTER
The HEPA 12 filter cleans the air a final time before it leaves the vacuum cleaner. This filter and
the grid that covers the filter should be cleaned regularly. You can clean the filter as follows:
1. Turn off and unplug the vacuum cleaner. Always pull the plug itself, never pull the cord.
2. Open the grid that covers the filter by pushing it left at the clip. The filter is visible when
the grid is removed.
3. Take out the filter.
4. Rinse the filter under cold water and let it air dry completely.
5. Put the filter back into place or replace the filter by a new one. Make sure that the filter is
placed properly.
6. Seal with the grid. Make sure that the grid clicks into place.

CAUTION:
· Always use the vacuum cleaner with the filters in place. If not, this can lead to loss of power
or damage to the motor.
· Remove the plug from the socket before cleaning the filters.
· Do not place the filters in the dishwasher.
· Do not use a hair dryer to dry the filters.
