2a.Open the hook with your band to unclock the frame;
2b.Use you hand to pull up the handle where the arrow is pointed
2c.Open the frame until you hear the "click" sound on the left/right side of
the frame, if you don't hear the "click", use to your hand to pull up the basket
tube where the arrow is pointed. Before use you must check the frame of the
both sides is completely locked, ensure that the both sides of the frame are
completely locked as 2d picture, it is safe to use; if there is either side of the
left or right side as 2e picture is not completely locked, please repeat as 2c
