USER INTERVENTION
Every operation will stop when pressing pump switch (1).
User can start welding operation, by pressing welding switch (2), during vacuum operation.
User can change from automatic to manual use, during vacuum operation, by pressing and
holding pump switch (2); in this case welding operation should be manually operated by
pressing welding switch (2).

MANUAL USE

1) Put the food which is to be vacuum preserved in a bag of adeguate size, leaving about 5
cm from the edge of the bag and the food.
2) Lift the cover up (4).
3) Place the open side of vacuum bag in the vacuum chamber (6), between the gaskets (5).
4) Close the cover and press pump switch (1). This will start vacuum operation – green LED
will light on (11) to show vacuum operation is on.
5) As soon as vacuum pump starting, slightly press with both hands the cover so as it sticks
to the surface of the bag. After a few seconds the depression created by the pump will permit
to release the cover, while the machine will keep on suction.
6) Red LED will light on when food preservation vacuum level is reached.
7) Press welding switch (2) to start welding operation; red LED (12) will flash to show welding
operation is on. Machine will stop and LEDs will light off at the end of the welding time.
N.B.: Welding operation can be starter at any time during vacuum operation by pressing
welding switch (2), even if red LED (12) is off.

END OF OPERATION

At the end of vacuum/welding operation unplug the machine.
GREEN AND RED LED
LEDs on the switches will show information about operations and programming functions.
Green LED on shows vacuum operation is on; red LED on shows the machine produced a
food preservation vacuum level; red LED flashing shows welding operation is on.
VACUUM LEVEL
The vacuum gauge is provided with 3 differently coloured areas showing the vacuum level.
The yellow area (about -200..-525 mbar) corresponds to operation start, when the air quantity
in the circuit is still high. In the green area (about -525.. -750 mbar) the vacuum level is
already sufficient for a correct food preservation for a short or medium time. When the
indicator lies between the two black lines (about -625.. and -750 mbar) welding should be
started. When the indicator reaches the red area (about -750.. -800.. mbar), the maximum
vacuum level has been obtained.
The vacuum level which the unit can reach depends on food (or object) quality and shape.
For example, a rigid structure of the material in the bag can produce air residuals that can
not be removed and will prevent the vacuum gauge from reaching the maximum level. There
are also products (such as fish, tomatoes, etc.) containing liquids which, in case of compression,
leak out and can be sucked by the machine with resulting damages to the same. Other
products are not very compact and an excessive vacuum level can damage or crush them.
We recommend to check the adherence of the bag and weld before the product is crushed.
Line: JUNIOR Cod. 9702 N (G-A-M)
Introduce the supply cable plug into a socket with suitable voltage. The unit is ready for
operation.
Press switch (1.) to position ON to start the air pump and air suction. Press switch (1.) again
