This product is designed for installing and removing of threaded fasteners in wood, metal and plastic. No other
use permitted. For professional use only.
Lubrication
Correct lubrication is vital for the maximum performance of the tool and an airline lubricator should be tted into
the system down stream of the lter. Use ISO VG 15.
Operating
With the correct accessory
the tool into the xing that is to be tightened; the motor will start and tighten the xing to the required torque set
by adjusting the tensions on the clutch spring. At this point the internal drive is disengaged and the air to the
motor cut off.
Maintenance Instructions
1. Servicing should be carried out at intervals of 500 hours use.
Always quote tool model number, serial number and spare part number when ordering spares.
2. Replace as necessary all 'O ' rings, bearings and rotor blades, see service kits.
3. When disposing of components, lubricants, etc., ensure that the relevant safety procedures are carried
out.

Ce produit est conçu pour l'installation et l'enlèvement d'éléments de xation letés dans le bois, le métal et le
plastique. Aucune autre utilisation n'est autorisée. Réservé à un usage professionnel.
Lubri cation
Une lubri cation appropriée est essentielle à la performance optimale de l'outil, et un graisseur à prise d'air devra
être monté dans le système en aval des ltres. Utilisez ISO VG 15.
Operation
Lorsque l'élément correct est monté, connecter l'outil à la prise d'air. Tenir l'outil fermement a l'endroit de la
boîte-moteur et presser l'outil à l'intérieur de la xation à serrer, le moteur démarre et serre la xation au
réglage du moment requis, en ajustant les tensions sur le ressort de l'embrayage.
A cet instant, l'entraineur interne est désengagé, et l'air envoyé sur le moteur, coupé.
Instructions d'entretien
1. L'entretien devra être effectué à des intervalles d'utilisation de 500 heures.
Lors de la commande de pièces de rechange, toujours citer le numéro de modèle de l'outillage,son
numéro de série et le numéro de référence de chaque pièce de rechange.
2. Remplacer au besoin tous les Joints, les roulements, les lames de rotors, voir Kits d'Entretien.
3. Pour se débarrasser de pièces, graisse, etc..., s'assurer que les procédures de sécurité en vigueur sont
appliquées.
ATTENTION: NE JAMAIS RACCORDER UN OUTIL PARTIELLEMENT MONTE A L'ALIMENTATION
PNEUM ATIQUE. LES LAMES DE RO TOR DE CET OUTI L CONTIENNENT DU PTFE. LES
RECOMMANDATIONS NORMALES POUR LA SANTE ET LA SECURITE AU SUJET DES
PTFE DOIVENT ETRE OBSERVEES LORS DE LA MANIPULATION DE CES LAMES DE
ROTOR.
1. NE PAS FUMER.
2. LES PIECES DU MOTEUR DOIVENT ETRE LAVEES AVEC UN FLUIDE DE NETTOYAGE
3. LE SILENCIEUX DOIT ETRE REMPLACE LORSQU'IL EST SALE. NE PAS NETTOYER,
4. SE LAVER LES MAINS AVANT DU COMMENCER TOUTE AUTRE ACTIVITE.

BLOWN CLEAR WITH AIR LINE.
3. THE SILENCER MUST BE REPLACED WHEN DIRTY, DO NOT CLEAN AND RE-USE.
4. WASH HANDS BEFORE COMMENCING ANY OTHER ACTIVITY.
