6.6.2 Running a Record

Press the Record-button and select the desired record via the projector select buttons.

6.6.3 Editing a Record

Should you notice that a record does not correspond to your imagination you can edit it.
First note the total number of steps. Press the Menu-button and select "Menu 1 Make Record" via the
Up/Down-buttons or the Data Entry fader. Press the Enter-button. Select the desired record via the projector
select buttons.
Select the desired step via the Up/Down-buttons or the Data Entry fader and enter the desired program via
the projector select buttons. Edit the next steps until the record is corrected. Press the Escape-button and
the Enter-button in order to save the edited record.

6.7 Copying scenes, programs and records

With the Copy-function, you can make programming of programs and records easier by copying already
existent scenes into a program.
Press the Menu-button and select "Menu 2. Make Program" via the Up/Down-buttons or the Data Entry
fader. Press the Enter-button. Select "Copy" via the Up/Down-buttons and press the Enter-button.
Scene: Enter from which program you want to copy which scene. Enter to which program you want to copy
which scene. Press the Enter-button twice.
Program: Enter from which program you want to copy where. Press the Enter-button twice.
Record: Enter from which record you want to copy where. Press the Enter-button twice.

6.8 Sound-control

You can activate the sound-control by pressing the Music-button (LED flashes). Please note that programs
and records are only active in this mode when the controller receives a music-signal (whether via the
microphone or the Audio-socket). If there is no music present, the program or record stops.
When programming records, you can determine the sound-control to be active or not for every program.

6.9 Chaser

A chaser is a sequence of different pictures that will be called up one after another. The light output of the
projector will be opened and closed again so that a very vivid movement appears. With the CP-256/32, you
can program up to 99 different records of which 32 can be assigned to the projector select buttons 1-32.
Chaser can be linked with programs or scenes.

6.9.1 Running a chaser

Press the Sequence-button and the current chaser will be run. By holding the Sequence-button, you can
enter the Chaser Edit-mode. If this mode is selected from a program, the chasers are shown that have been
defined during the programming. Here, you can manually select a chaser via the Projector Select-buttons
and adjust the Chaser-speed via the Data Entry Fader. As an alternative, you can activate the sound-control
via the Music-button.
If you wish to return to the chasers of the program, press the active Projector Select-button once more so
that the LED turns off.

6.9.2 Link a program with a chaser

With the CP-256/32, you can link programs and scenes of a program with an individual chaser.
Press the Menu-button and select "Menu 3 Make Chaser" via the Up/Down-buttons or the Data Entry fader.
