a: Power cable with standard European 230 volt plug. If it is necessary to replace this plug for one
suitable for local conditions it should be fitted by a competent electrician.
b: The power cable without the plug is connected to the junction box "m" (must be 230v) which
supplies power to the pool circulation pump "n". Thus, when the power to the circulation pump is
interrupted, the Litepool will stop dosing until power is restored.
c: BNC male input to be connected to the BNC female of the probe "j"
d: Suction hose of the pump connected to the foot filter "f " into the tank of chemical "p"
e: Delivery hose of the pump connected to the injection nipple "g" of probe holder

2.6 Installation example

X = 1,5 meters, recommended distance between pump and product tank, to avoid corrosive
vapour reaching the pump.
Y = 1,5 meters, maximum height to ensure the correct pump flow rate
2.7 Accessories Installation
Probe holder assembly
- The injection probe holder (j) can be installed on a DN50 or DN60 PVC tube, after a 24mm hole
has been drilled
- Ensure the injection tube is inserted so that it points in the direction of flow marked by the arrow

- The injection probe holder must be installed within ± 45
of the vertical.
How to make D24mm hole
- Drill a 5 mm pilot hole in the top of the PVC tube
- Enlarge the hole with the special tool D24mm supplied in the kit
- Remove any burrs from the hole
