ADDITIONAL SAFETY INSTrUCTIONS
Safety instructions for working with compressed air
and blow guns
• The compressor pump and lines reach high tempe-
ratures during operation. Contact with them leads to
burns.
• The air drawn in by the compressor must be kept free
of impurities that could lead to a fire or explosion in the
compressor pump.
• When releasing the hose coupling, hold the hose
coupling firmly by hand. This will prevent injuries
caused by the hose being ejected.
• Wear safety goggles when working with a blow gun.
Foreign bodies and blown parts can easily cause in-
juries.
• Do not blow the blower hose on anyone or clean clo-
thing on the body. Danger of injury!
Safety instructions when spraying paint
• Do not apply any varnishes or solvents with a flash
point lower than 55 ° C. Danger of explosion!
• Do not heat varnishes and solvents. Danger of ex-
plosion!
• Filtering devices (face masks) are required for pro-
tection when harmful liquids are processed. Also ob-
serve the information on protective measures of the
manufacturers of these substances.
• The data and labeling of the regulations on hazar-
dous substances on the packaging of processed ma-
terials must be observed.
If necessary, additional protective measures must be
taken
measures, in particular wear appropriate clothing and
protective masks.
• No smoking during spraying and also in the workro-
om.
Danger of explosion! Paint fumes are also highly fla-
mmable.
• Fireplaces, open lights or sparking machines must
not be present resp. be operated.
• Do not store or consume food and beverages in the
study room. Paint fumes are harmful to health.
• The working room must be larger than 30 m3 and su-
fficient air exchange during spraying and drying must
be guaranteed.
• Do not spray against the wind. When spraying in-
flammable resp. hazardous liquid materials should be
strictly followed by local police regulations.
• Do not process any media such as white spirit, buta-
nol and dichloromethane in conjunction with the PVC
pressure hose. These media can damage the pressure
hose.
Use of pressure tanks
• The operator of the pressure tank must keep it in
good condition, use it properly, inspect it, carry out the
necessary maintenance and repairs immediately and,
if necessary, take the necessary safety measures.
• The Supervisory Authority may order the necessary
control measures in individual cases.
• The pressure tank must not be used if it has defects
that could endanger employees or third parties.
• Before each use, check the pressure tank for rust or
damage. The compressor must not be operated with a
damaged or rusted pressure tank. If you find damage,
please contact customer service.
Keep the safety instructions in a safe place.
Residual risk
Follow the maintenance and safety instructions in the
operating instructions.
Always be careful at work and keep third parties at a
safe distance from your workplace.
Even with the correct use of the device, a certain re-
sidual risk that cannot be ruled out. These potential
hazards may be derived from the type and design of
the equipment:
• Unintentional product introduction.
• Hearing loss if no suitable hearing protection is worn.
• Wear safety goggles to prevent eyes and face from
dust and dirt.
• Inhalation of turned-up dust and dirt.
- Use protective equipment against noise,
dust and vibrations !!!

DESCrIPTION (A)
The compressor is used to produce compressed air
for tools operated with compressed air, which can be
operated with an air volume of up to approx. 262 l /
min. (eg tire inflator, blow gun and paint gun). Due to
the limited amount of air transported, it is not possible
to operate
tools that have a very high air consumption (eg
vibratory grinders, rod grinders and impact wrenches).
The machine may only be used for its intended purpose.
Any other use that exceeds this does not correspond
to the intended use. The resulting damage or injury of
all kinds is the responsibility of the user / operator and
not the manufacturer. Intended use components are
also to observe the safety instructions as well as the
installation instructions and the operating instructions
in the operating instructions.
